POLICIES

Rescheduling & Cancellations-

We understand that sometimes time adjustments are necessary, therefore we request a 48 hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling.

Any cancellations after that are subject to be charged 50% (of the service's price), unless we can reschedule for the next day or two.

No show's and same day cancellations are subject to be charged 80% of the service's price.

Late Policy-

If you are running behind, don't worry. No matter how late you are you can still come in but i cannot extend your appointment. I will apply lashes with the time we have left. Your lashes wont be as full as it could of been so i would recommend coming back for your next fill a little sooner.

Fill Policy For Lash Extensions-

A Standard Fill must have at least 50% of extensions
remaining.

An Extended Fill must have at least 40% of extensions remaining.

Pricing Policy-

All prices are subject to change. All product or service purchases are final; no exchanges or refunds unless discussed previously.

Lash Insurance-

We allow up to 3 days for you to let me know if there are any issues or irritations for a complimentary adjustment.

Children & Guests-

Children and Guests are allowed to come along we just ask that they are quiet and respectful.
